It's unreal how quickly this year is flying by! Only six months from now we'll be hangin' out in Mentone with some of our favorite cropping friends. We are working daily on retreat related stuff and look forward to sharing all kinds of cool little surprises with you in February!

At the 2008 Mentone Retreat, Paulette got the news that her mother had a very short time to live. Our niece Stephenie got her to the hospital just in time. Stephenie also shared with me about how so many of you offered to drop everything and rush Paulette to be with her mother. I want to let all of you know how much it meant for you to care for my wife during this time. You did what I couldn't do and I will never forget that kindness.

I spent Friday evening with some ladies who attended the crop. I am sooooooo jealous that I didn't know about it; but I WON'T miss it next year! I live in Gadsden and if you know of any other get-togethers please e-mail me. I'm addicted....and lovin' it.
