This article contains directions to Camp Skyline coming from several different areas so as to accommodate attendees who travel from various places to come to our retreat.

From I-59 (from almost anywhere in Alabama):
Take Exit 231 (Hammondville / Valley Head Exit) toward Hammondville. 
You will now be on Hwy 117. 
Travel about one mile toward Hammondville until you reach a flashing light at the Hammondville Fire Station. 
Turn RIGHT at the flashing light. 
Immediately after turning right, travel 1/10 (only one tenth) of a mile,
(you will see Shorty's Cafe on the right) and turn LEFT onto Hwy 117. 
You will drive about 5 miles up this curvy, winding road before you will reach Mentone. 
When the road Y's, stay to the LEFT on Hwy 117 toward Desoto State Park. 
Mentone is a very small town with a flashing light and a Bed and Breakfast
on each side of the street and it has a few little shops on each side of the road. 
Don't blink or you will miss the very small town of Mentone! 
From the flashing light in Mentone (with the Bed and Breakfasts on each
side of the road), Camp Skyline is exactly ONE MILE on the LEFT from there!  
You will need to look for the YELLOW sign with a BLACK ARROW at the Entrance!
Turn into the camp there and turn left at the next YELLOW sign with a black arrow. 
This will take you to the Dining Hall / Crop Hall.
*There will be other signs that are BLUE, but follow the YELLOW signs FIRST. Come to the Dinning / Crop Hall FIRST and enter the building from the front. PLEASE just come in and register BEFORE you bring in any bags or scrapping gear except maybe your snacks or drinks.  We will have a REGISTRATION table set up where you need to go first.

From the Atlanta, Georgia area:
*The ladies from Warm Springs can come straight up Hwy 27  until they get into Summerville and then just follow the Atlanta directions from Summerville on into camp.
~Camp Skyline is less than two hours from Atlanta. 
Take I-75 north to Adairsville, Georgia exit 306.  
Turn left on Georgia 140 West.  
Drive west on 140 to the intersection at U.S. 27;  turn right towards Summerville, Georgia.  
In Summerville turn left on Georgia Highway 48 West and follow through Menlo and up Lookout Mountain .   At the state line, Georgia Highway 48 becomes Alabama Highway 117.  
Follow straight towards Mentone. 
Camp Skyline will be just past Moon Lake Baptist Church on the right. 
You will need to look for the YELLOW sign with a BLACK ARROW at the Entrance!
Turn into the camp there and turn left at the next YELLOW sign with a black arrow. 
This will take you to the Dining Hall / Crop Hall.
*There will be other signs that are BLUE, but follow the YELLOW signs FIRST. Come to the Dinning / Crop Hall FIRST and enter the building from the front. From Huntsville, AL:
Travel Highway 72 East to Scottsboro. 
In Scottsboro take AL-35/Veterans Dr. for Approx. 3 miles. 
Turn left onto AL-40 East.  Continue on 40 East for approx. 40 miles. 
Take AL-117 heading South / East.  This will cross over I-59 as you are entering Hammondville. After crossing OVER I-59, travel about one mile toward Hammondville until you reach a flashing light (at the Hammondville Fire Station). 
Turn RIGHT at the flashing light. 
Immediately after turning right, travel 1/10 (only one tenth) of a mile,
(you will see Shorty's Cafe on the right) and turn LEFT onto Hwy 117. 
You will drive about 5 miles up this curvy, winding road before you will reach Mentone.

From Grant, AL:
Travel Hwy 77 to Hwy 79 and go to Scottsboro.  
In Scottsboro take AL-35/Veterans Dr. for Approx. 3 miles.

From Arab, AL:
Take Hwy 69 to Guntersville.  Get on Hwy 431 and travel to Albertville.   Take Hwy 75 to Rainsville.  Drive on Hwy 35 towards Fort Payne and get on I-59 North (onto exit 218). Travel north on I-59 and get off at exit 231  (Hammondville / Valley Head Exit) toward Hammondville.   You will now be on Hwy 117.   Travel about one mile toward Hammondville until you reach a flashing light (at the Hammondville Fire Station).
Turn RIGHT at the flashing light.

From Boaz, AL:
Travel on Hwy 168 to Crossville.  Take Hwy 68 to I-59 North (getting on at exit 205). Travel north on I-59 and get off at exit 231  (Hammondville / Valley Head Exit) toward Hammondville.   You will now be on Hwy 117.   Travel about one mile toward Hammondville until you reach a flashing light (at the Hammondville Fire Station).
Turn RIGHT at the flashing light.
